  2. Not all my calls are being summarized, just the ones I've triggered during a computer app call, not on tablet or phone apps can I take the recording and get it ai summarized?

  4. Some of us don't use SalesForce. My firm uses MyCase. I'd like to use Zapier to pull the transcription and the AI summary and post to a call item in MyCase. Right now, I can't pull recordings, transcripts, or notes through Zapier, only call logs and contacts.

  6. The title of the uploaded calls in RingSense should be synchronized with the RC Contact list. It should display the contact name instead of just showing the phone number when calls are uploaded, similar to the Call Logs, where the saved contact name from the Personal Contact List is displayed rather than just the phone number.

  10. Currently, RingCentral's AI assistance features, like call summaries and sentiment analysis, are applied broadly without much customization. This feature request suggests enabling more granular control, allowing businesses to manage these features by specific user roles or individual extensions. It also includes the ability to disable AI assistance for all users and selectively re-enable it as needed.   11. Currently, the AI Receptionist uses an FAQ to provide responses, but not all answers set in the FAQ are followed by the AI Receptionist. The responses sometimes differ, and there is no option to update or modify the verbiage (wording) used by the AI.

  14. Today RS4RCX is an outstanding companion to RingCX, analyzed conversation is truly incredible. Having a secure repository for RCX conversations is something we have come to rely on. Today however recordings in RS4RCX are only tied to agents licensed in RCX.

    Missing are those conversations that did not have an agent tied to the segment. It is highly desirable to pull, analyze and store calls in RCX IVR including voice mails, cloud profiles, track numbers and voice surveys.

  16. The customer has requested that RingSense support Portuguese language recognition. They would like RingSense to understand Portuguese spoken during calls and generate insights and data similar to what is currently available for English.

    As this feature is not yet supported, the customer is considering canceling their RingSense for RingCx subscription for now. Please include this request in future product updates or roadmap considerations.

  17. In environments like warehouses and manufacturing, employees do not have extensions but there are phones scattered about. Today, a human receptionist may page overhead that there is a call for them.

    I'd love to see if there is an appetite to have the AI Receptionist park a call and then page to a paging group to announce that there is a call parked and name the person the call is parked for along with the park location number.
