  1. Avaya Cloud Office apps are not showing Salesforce account/contact information or logging communications to Salesforce, which has the RingCentral package. The two need to be integrated so that the Avaya Cloud Office apps can be used by Salesforce users who are away from their desks or prefer to handle communications on their mobile phones.

  3. The sending and receiving of files though messaging already exists in the desktop and phone ringcentral applications. In order to prevent my team from bouncing between apps, please enable this feature in the salesforce integrated app. Thank you!

Hello guys, I would like to see a Tip Bot inside of the MVP, Rainbow Office and similar Ring Central solutions, that allows the users to send and receive cryptocurrency tips and incentives through the app. So they can develop their own community tokens and have the option of using them integrated inside of the app and even use some other existing ones. These type of bots already exist in similar solutions like Discord and TG (look for tip.cc) and there is some os code for them on Github, it may be possible to adapt it and use it directly.The…

  6. Using the RingCentral scheduler Add in, it always auto populate the meeting details in the body and the default "schedule for" is assigned to the same extension where email is connected. It would be a great idea, just like the old RCM app, to select the "Schedule for" then it populates the meeting details and send to attendees. It will save time as some customers are always scheduling a meeting for another user extension. TIA

  7. If a call comes through on salesforce but you are not working from that screen maybe you have another tab open you can not see that there is a call coming through. Therefore to add a pop up screen for all calls.

This number is 36% for top 1 million websites, 20% for top 100K websites, and 14% for top 10K websites respectively." Unsatisfied with zoom's 40min limit, a lot of organizations with Word Press websites would welcome a way to manage their webinars from WordPress similar to this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/video-conferencing-with-zoom-api/

  11. There is a quick action in the mobile app to call with Ringcentral. It doesn't work. The call should be logged to SFDC after the call complete, with the same functionality as the desktop browser version.

  17. We have 55 phone numbers under one user account. We wrote a CRM module over Dynamics 365 and the RingCentral of Dynamics saved us a ton of headaches. Each phone number represents a client and we use a shared case management system that differentiates per company via Rules and PowerAutomate flows. But we're stuck because incoming SMS/Call/Fax information does not carry "To which phone number this was sent" information!Basically we need to see:From (212) 365-4023To {RingCentralPhoneNumber}on all these items...
