Hello, we purchased 3 new Jabra evolve2 75 headset for some of our team members and I want to know if you have a better integration than the generic offered, although my sound is at maximum the sound via the RC app is low, incoming and outgoing, the answer button directly on the headset is not working also.

  3. Please add Azure SFTP with SSH as a solution to your archiver, Azure is the second largest cloud hosting provider, and yet no solution from RC. We want data secure within our environment and encrypted while in flight and at rest, the reason we want Azure with SSH.

  8. JobAdder is a growing presence in the US and a strong leader in the UK, Canada, and Australia. It's got some hooks for other SMS and WhatsApp products, like Twilio but RingCentral is (in my mind) a superior platform that should be integrated into JobAdder. JobAdder says it's on their list but needs more cooperation. Can you get back together with them and push this through. I'm loving RingCentral. Just need MORE.

  10. When clicking on the RC SMS button in Pipedrive, allow for texting from the Mac app instead of the chrome widget. Currently, this is possible for a phone call, but not for SMS

  12. I find it odd that RingCentral allows the automatic call recording to record on hold marketing music when we are the ones who intiated the call but not when we are called. What could be the reason for this other than "system limitation"?

  13. It is useful as it will be a faster way to get notified if an alert of the particular criteria gets triggered. One won't have to check emails or have to keep the portal open all the time to get notification.

  18. This would allow someone to subscribe to an article and when there are any changes they could be alerted. This was first realized with the Troubleshooting TCR application rejections article. As more rejections are added, it would be helpful to receive an alert that there is new information or rejection codes have been added.

Customer wanted to have another mandatory field in the dialog box with fields that needs to be answered whenever they end the call using Ring Central extensions then it will send the information to their Zoho CRM. Customer mention that it is like a customized field that they can edit anytime.
