  1. I know that we can provision user accounts from Azure AD/Entra ID to RingCentral, but it would be great if there's any way to write back the phone numbers and extensions that get assigned in RingCentral back to Entra.

    User provisioning with the pre-configured RC App in Entra ID is a one-way sync only, from Azure to RC. We currently do not map back from RC to Azure AD.

  15. If you are out of the office, not logged in (aka after business hours), and Salesforce is not open at all times, then calls do not log. This creates the issue of all calls received outside business hours or to users who are out of the office... are not logging in to Salesforce CRM.

  16. Using RingCentral for Salesforce integration, we are looking for an option to pull the contact page on the existing page instead of opening another tab/window after manually clicking the name of the contact on the CTI dialer.

  18. Cx just wants to sync all the presence on all platforms
    But the thing is the option on the RC admin portal is to sync to all users or not sync at all
    He wants to sync for just a specific user.

  19. The RingCentral presence does sync to MS Teams, but the MS Teams presence does not sync to RingCentral. I have been in MS Teams Meetings before which auto set my MS Teams presence to busy and forgot to turn off Accept Queue Calls. During my meeting, I will receive an incoming call from RingCentral. Only if I specifically turn off Accept Queue Calls will I not receive a call

    Hoping that eventhugh I did not disable or off accept call queue calls my status will still read as not available since I am on meeting on MS Teams.

  20. A setting on RingCentral Dialer or embedded app on Salesforce that can decrease its ringing/ringer volume. This helps the end users to have the ability to decrease or silence the volume as too loud affects the office environment.
