  2. When provisioning users via AD/SCIM, the City attribute, if not matching with RC's existing query list, it will pull up a random city or the capital of that country which can be confusing.

    To battle that limitation, it will be great to either update the query list, or allow customers to submit a request in order to add additional cities (if not detected by the database) since it will be inconvenient for the admin to adapt and change the cities listed just in order for them to match.

  4. Use case: The customer is widely using MS Teams as their core collaboration solution. They would like to keep all communication within the Teams app to reduce complexity. Challenges: The customers would like to leverage RingCentral's & Textel SMS solutions for team tackling of SMS, which leverage RingCentral's Teams in Messaging.   5. The RingCentral plugin for Teams requires users to install a plugin that only works for Windows and Mac machines.

    It would be great if there is an alternative to use the plugin on Chrome OS devices.

  7. I have enabled Teams integration. When I enable Teams Presence sync users are going on Do Not Disturb with out their doing. In the Audit it shows my user toggling on and off DND for these users, I am not. If I disable presence sync, this stops. Is there some sort of setting that is causing this.
    Users state they do not have any calendar items that would be setting them to be busy.

  9. How do we prevent tasks from being created for missed calls? We only want to create a task when a call is answered. In the Auto Save Setting, Pop matching Salesforce entity record on call is set to answered. Auto-create call log-on is not checked. What setting do we need to update to avoid creating Tasks for missed calls

  15. There is currently no condition that can be set within our telephony integration to auto-create leads in Salesforce, unlike other competitors. Our workaround is to have them use Zapier which is not an ideal solution.

  19. We have a user who would like to use Microsoft Teams for their communication instead of using RingCentral Application. One of the primary issues is the lack of proper notifications when he receives a direct or teams’ message. For instance, he walks away from his desk and he only sees a red circle on the RingCentral application in his start bar, but he is looking for something more in your face. Something that he can’t easily miss. Is there some setting that we can setup on his machine in order to mirror how Teams provides notifications?

  20. It would be nice if there was an ability to add the Teams/messaging component into Outlook. I download the RingCentral for Outlook plugin and it shows voice, fax, and text, but not the Messaging component. Is there an updated plugin that includes this or plans for this integration in the future. Thanks.
