  1. Would like the ability to provision users without digital license. Many users don't need a digital license until later on after onboarding, and the assignment of phone number/desk phone is a manual process so the user receives a phone number specific to their office location. Currently new users will provision until all unassigned digital licenses are used up, then fail with "License limit has been reached". Only work around is to manually create the user extension with their email so that SCIM will auto update their user attributes.

  2. We use the RC widget inside of our programs, calls are answered via this widget, we are able to xfer a customer direct "cold" xfer, however; we are not able to "warm" xfer.

  3. We would like to change the default settings for the following options: Turn off video for all participants Require a password Participants can only join after me Enable waiting room I made the changes in the RingCentral app for my PMI, but it does not follow through to the Outlook plugin.

Hi RC Devs.Hope this is the right place to post this.In currently aware of that the new RingCentral App Presence is different from the Phone App Presecen on the API site, and since Phone is in progress of sun set (got info from your one of your devs) we need to move on to support your new App, including the white labeled solutions. Unfortunately we rely on Presence Events, and currently the Unified Presence is only available as a GET using the API.   5. I navigate to my support cases, select a case, the navigation puts me into 'system status'. This seems a web design error. My expectation on bread crumbs is that enable backward traversing, this is adjacent traversing.

  6. Currently CreatePost only supports existing attachments found in RingCentral.To POST a file, one must POST to '.../glip/files', with a single file. This automatically creates a Post with a single attachment (the file) and nothing else (no text, mentions, etc).A User should be able to include text, mentions, etc, and any number of (new) attachments in a single Post - as is already supported by the RingCentral Desktop Application.

  7. Currently, fax transmission results only show the main number and extension number. We would like to be able to see the direct number so that will be able to identify which direct number that fax transmission result is for.

  10. I would like to be able to set up on-demand changes to call queues in advance. For our own purposes, we have staff that often will rotate in to cover a shift for a staff member in a different department. I'd like to be able to schedule that covering staff member to the appropriate call group in advance, so that we do not need to make real time adjustments to the call queues.For example, our staff member "Steve" is a team lead, who has offered to cover for one of his staff members in the sales department on Saturday.   16. Music On Hold with Random Selection. We would like to have as many messages as possible. Not always the same message. Random selection of audio files when a Client is placed on Hold. Have many messages in a Pool. The system would select on hold at RandomCurrently they hear the same message from beginning. Not as interesting as it could be.

  17. We would like to have an API to pull Video on or off time along with screen sharing time for Reporting. Owners, CEO, COO, Managers want to know if their employees are turning on their cameras during video calls. Screen share would also be useful. We were able to do it with Google Meet but would like to do it with Ringcentral Meetings as well. Thanks.   18. Here in the US, there are both real and perceived "Do Not Call" lists. If someone asks my marketing team to not contact them again or "place them on a do not call list" I want to be able to add them at the Developer level and make it so none of my phones or users may dial that number.
