  1. Hi, it would be so great if there was a way to remove the lengthy pause that follows the greeting, just before the “let me connect you automated voice” step. It can be confused as a connection error or call drop.

  4. Our CRM can't take over the call after it rings the RingCentral number, and It is going to RingCentral voicemail. If the calls are not answered after 20s, The calls should be answered by our CRM Voicemail system.

  5. We have MS Teams Integration using the PBX Portal and the ring time for all ringcentral phones needs to be set to 6 Ring/30 Seconds or higher. As our MS Teams environment is set to 4 Ring/20 Seconds. This allows all call handling to be handled by MS Teams. If the ring times are the same or RingCentral is lower, MS Teams doesn't handle the calls correctly.We manually have to change this setting on each phone when a user is created. We have a fully automated process that requires no input besides setting the Ring Time setting.

RingCentral's current lack of API connectivity with Calendly and other popular applications hinders our ability to cater to clients who favor streamlined scheduling.We are currently employing a marketing strategy that relies on Calendly to schedule meetings.   17. cx did call us informing that they want to send sms with an attachment of a pdf file or any file type however they don't have option to attach it. we informed cx that we dont have yet that option so maybe you can consider adding such feature in the future.

  19. Park location number - display on phone or recall it.Everyone benefits from this idea. Should already be available as standardize feature to place a caller in a park location number have it display as reminder. Problem arise due to rolling/changing park location number. Or at minimum, provide ability to recall park location number after hanging up the phone.
