  3. Right now you can programmatically post cards to a ring central room, but they are very limited in width. So if you try to post something like a table of data, you can do it, but your table will tend to get cut off. There will be lots of free space to the right, but the cards won't use that. It can be pretty annoying. I'll attach an example.

  4. For a business environment, there should be an option for ALL inbound/outbound calls to be logged and a SUPER ADMIN should be able to stop a manager from deleting call logs.

  5. It allows for constant play of music/message on hold. Not the current restart or play from the beginning file upload. this would require a SIP Integration.

  6. Wish there was IFTT support with RingCentral with the applets. I'm not smart with computer and IFTT Makes It easy to delever information to almost any platform i need from. From live call display for free pbx. The same would be great for here to help out even more. We use IFTT for alot and its unsupported. Just being our luck as we are Considerable familour about pipedream and other apps like that. I'm old school. I would love to be able to get my inbound info from IFTT the same way as i would on this platform that's great.

  8. In Enterprise Federations Enterprise Admins may administer all the intances in the Admin Portal, but not in the Developer's portal. It is necessary to create separate logins in each instance in order to create and manage 'Applications' in the developer portal. This should work like other operation in the Enterprise Admin Role.

  11. Customer wants to dial a code from his phone before/after the phone number they want to call which will initiate a call that will show their ringcentral number instead of their cellphone number

  14. Covetrus Pulse cloud application is used in many Veterinary practices as Practice Mgmt Software. Integration would benefit clients with incoming calls to fetch the client record automatically using the caller number. This will bring in great efficiencies within the call and appointment process. This will increase Ring Central's penetration into Veterinary businesses.

  15. Even if I have the unread switch deactivated, I will prefer to be able to choose if the new unread messages can go on top of the rest of the messages (ignoring the teams, messages etc). Just put on top all the chats where I have new messages.This is because all the unread messages are spread all over the list I have in left side of the UO window and it is possible to skip some messages, especially if the list with the favorites is pretty long...

  16. It would be helpful for a host to be able to create a link, excluding the host's personal meeting ID information, for another user to have and use. In other words, if I have frequent appointments with "John Doe," I could create a "John Doe" meeting link for John and myself to have, and every time I have a meeting with "John Doe" I could just use his link.

  17. Please create a feature that allows us to forward a voicemail to another RingCentral user within the company directory. Current I would need to download the audio and upload it back to message. Its not efficient. Another suggestion is to attach the audio with the email notification of the voicemail transcription

  18. existing app was developed by Bitrixs24 CRM team and app is not workign actually. We are missing some call recordings and sometimes it doesn't allow to make calls.When logging in - I can choose other emplyees numbers as outbound numbers but never mine.

  19. We need to be able to dial on the desktop app or click "return call" and then pick up the phone and it be ringing. In general you desktop app and physical phone need to work seamlessly. Currently its about as broken as something can be.
