  1. Enable support for linking multiple RingEX UIDs to a single HubSpot CRM instance using the native integration.

    This would allow organizations operating multiple RingCentral tenants to log calls and SMS into one centralized HubSpot environment. Current limitations result in missing logs, contact errors, and data loss during number migrations. Native multi-UID support would solve this for enterprise customers with distributed account structures.

  2. We have people saving calls on the RC for hubspot app, the call appears in Hubspot and then appears to vanish for Deals, with us being unable to access it. This is happening across the business for multiple accounts.

    The new native Hubspot integration does exactly this! It may require some specific configuration to log immediately, and there could be some specific circumstances in which calls can't be logged immediately (e.g. when you are waiting for a recording to be made available), but this should now be possible.

  9. Currently, HubSpot does not support direct 3-way calling. To use this feature, HubSpot requires you to select the calling mode that directs the call to the RingCentral app, which has the 3-way calling functionality.

  10. Currently, when signing in to the RC for Hubspot extension. They can choose up to 4 accounts they can select.

    This is limiting the users from adding any more accounts to use with the integration and is forced to remove a "Hub" even if they would need to have all those accounts connected at the same time.

    This is likely a Hubspot limitation, but a workaround/bypass mechanism would be greatly appreciated for users who have to use multiple accounts in Hubspot for calling/SMS.

  13. When a call is received it display the name of the caller and changes right away to the number.

    Expectation if there is already a contact who has that phone number associated with it should display the name of the contact and not the phone number

As a trade supplier, all of our customers are businesses, and each of our customers can have as many as 20 contacts all phoning out from one main company number, but the RingCentral for HubSpot app only shows the first and last name for the first match - so inevitably, often we're not speaking to the person whose name is on the first match.

    For us, it's way more important to show the company name than that first and last name of one of the people working there - at least it's virtually guaranteed that the company name is right,…

    This is now available through the native Hubspot integration. When calls are logged, we provide a link to the call, but we also register the playback URL so that the recording can be played back natively in Hubspot
