  1. Exclude Guests from MS Teams Company Contact Sync

    Guest accounts (B2B Collabaration Users) in Microsoft Entra ID (previously Azure AD) should not sync along with regular contacts (Members) when using the MS Teams embedded dialer app. At a minimum, there should be an option to include or exclude Members/Guests when syncing Contacts.Many organizations use B2B Collaboration to provide single sign-on to their customers which causes large numbers of user records and it is not normal behavior for apps to sync these records by default when syncing contact records.   2. Personalize User Status in RingCentral for Microsoft Teams

    It would be a great idea if we could personalize the user status when on a call using RingCentral for Microsoft Teams. At the moment when the user is on a call, it is showing "Busy" and it would be great if we could change it to "On a Call"

  3. RC App Chat within MS Teams Embedded Dialer

    Within the MS Teams RC Embedded Dialer app 2.0 can the RC App Chat be added? I use Teams and RCA to talk to both sets of customers and it would be great to work within one app and not both. So I can have all my RCA chats and groups with customers and RC staff as well as my Teams chats.

  4. Teams integration is great but does not stand alone on its own

    The only thing we found was the Teams integration is great but does not stand alone on its own. For us and they way we work, if the RC app has to be installed along with the plug in to work with Teams, it almost is not needed since the RC app has to be there anyways, we feel it would just be more beneficial to just use the RC app on its own.If there is a way for it to stand alone on the Teams RC app on its own, we would be more wanting to use it

    This is helpful for Admin Users in monitoring their system whenever there is a system-generated error even if they are not logged into it

  7. MS Teams RingCentral Cloud PBX Outage Status

    I'm sure several companies must now have Microsoft Teams integration via RingCentral Cloud PBX, but there's no Service Status for if there are any outages or failures going on. This would help us determine if there's a global outage so that we submit tickets accordingly

  11. Incoming Call / Notification in MS Teams

    While testing inbound calls into my RingCentral extension, I noticed that I do not get notifications on my cell phone's MS Teams with the RingCentral embedded app. If I log in to the RingCentral mobile app, I do get notified but only on the RingCentral mobile app.

  12. Call Waiting for Teams Embedded App while on Teams call/meeting

    RingEx has a feature so that, when on a call, there's a tone instead of a full ring. This functionality should be extended to the Teams Embedded App, i.e. to detect if the user is on a Teams call/Teams meeting and provide a polite notification if on a Teams meeting.

  13. Extend new Deskphone Pairing feature into MS Teams Embedded App "Ghost App"

    The MS Teams Embedded App and its associated "Ghost App" are very useful. However, enhancing it even further by extending the new "Deskphone Pairing" feature into the Ghost App can extend the usefulness even further when it comes to MS Teams integrations.

    RingCentral for MS Teams 2.0 Embedded Dialer: limit RingCentral communication to RingCentral users.(ware malcomb UID:63084070023)During a recent MS Teams Embedded dialer POC, it seems RingCentral communication was sent to non RingCentral users via MS Teams. (see attached image 1)
    per prospect: "Our users continue to get unwanted alerts from RingCentral that some are reporting as phishing or scams. Perhaps it’s time for us to create a group to control the communication?"

  15. Video Calls/Meeting for Microsoft Teams Integration

    In really like the current integration with Teams and how it integrates with scheduling perfectly, but I was a bit disappointed to find out that you can't make a video call, only audio. Teams call quality is generally pretty bad and I was hoping to utilize the power of RingCentral.Also I think this would be a big selling point for you guys, if video meetings were possible through the Teams app, this would eliminate the need to have Zoom for this kind of use case.

  18. Full plugin capabilities of RingCentral Teams' embedded dialer app inside of the VDI (Azure VDI) session.

    RingCentral dialing features are not available to the users from within TEAMS and will not move past the SIGN IN display
    Software Engineer from MS Teams confirmed that the plugin does not support multiple sessions or the full functionality is not yet supported in VDI

  20. use RingCentral to call in to a MS Teams presentation

    include a phone number on my MS Teams meetings to allow users who do not have robust audio capabilities on their computers, to call in to a presentation such that all participants can hear the caller(s) when they speak and the caller can hear people talking via MS Teams. I see articles about internal use of RingCentral with Teams, but nothing regarding what I am describing. Zoon offers a phone number on their meetings so users can call in
