  5. As per customer, Assigning E5 Licenses to sync direct routing to RingCentral would not work for them.

    As per support site, each users should have e5 licenses for them to be able to sync each users to the Service portal.

    Customer would like to eliminate the need for E5 license to sync direct routing

    It only shows that current supported OS are:
    Windows 108.1 (64-bit), or later

  7. Sync MS Teams and RingCentral app real time. As of now the syncing is showing delayed of about 2-3 seconds.

    Confirmed that there is a delay between presence sync any improvement for this will be very helpful for us.

  11. We have a user who would like to use Microsoft Teams for their communication instead of using RingCentral Application. One of the primary issues is the lack of proper notifications when he receives a direct or teams’ message. For instance, he walks away from his desk and he only sees a red circle on the RingCentral application in his start bar, but he is looking for something more in your face. Something that he can’t easily miss. Is there some setting that we can setup on his machine in order to mirror how Teams provides notifications?

  12. The RingCentral presence does sync to MS Teams, but the MS Teams presence does not sync to RingCentral. I have been in MS Teams Meetings before which auto set my MS Teams presence to busy and forgot to turn off Accept Queue Calls. During my meeting, I will receive an incoming call from RingCentral. Only if I specifically turn off Accept Queue Calls will I not receive a call

    Hoping that eventhugh I did not disable or off accept call queue calls my status will still read as not available since I am on meeting on MS Teams.

  20. The request is to add a "Call Queue Management" tab to the Teams Embedded Dialer experience that shows all the queues and subsequent agents. Additionally, give that same tab a view into Live Reports and allow the queue manager to select a dashboard that they have permission to use. This will give managers a quick way to look at what Call Queue agents are available, see a Live Reports Dashboard with Queue Stats, and make adjustments to Call Queue agent availability as needed within the Teams Embedded Dialer integration.
