  1. One groundbreaking feature we propose is the automatic synchronization of new contacts between various CRMs, including Jobber, and RingCentral. This would eliminate the manual process of updating contact databases in multiple platforms, saving time and reducing the risk of human error. More importantly, it would allow for immediate customer recognition when a call comes in, thereby elevating the service experience to a new level of personalization and efficiency.

  6. When a call to a TFN is transferred, the RC Teams integration display the original callee with the destination number without listing that this has been transferred by an extension. This is creating a confusion to the users. The user will see the To as a different number or extension and they will ignore

  10. ...nce it has been integrated.. RingCentral for Hubspot currently allows users to use click-to-dial on any numbers they see in Hubspot. However, Hubspot has a 'Call' icon on every contact which allows them to make calls via Hubspot and it the option to have it use RingCentral for outbound calling once integrated will be much more ideal.

Hi there,as I have to call on a regular basis different countries and have also different caller IDs I am wondering if there could be a setting or configuration that automatically assigns one of my caller IDs similar to the number I am calling.This is because when calling to the UK with a German number or vice versa calls not get picked up.This would be very helpful and timesaving. Thanks in advance.

  13. Like with other CRM, that can determine if the caller/contact is already handled by another person. It will prevent confusion on the customer's and Rep's end. It would prevent their clients from getting confused about who they need to talk to.

  16. We need to have quick easy access to a custom, FILLABLE, fax cover page. We send out faxes all day and each fax is different. We need to be able to fill in the cover page right on ring central. I spoke with one of your technicians and he said if we wanted a fillable fax cover page than we can add it as a word document. That does not work for us as we do not have word access.   18. Essentially, we are using the web version of RingCentral as we use Linux (Ubuntu Mate) and it all works fine, except for the extension. If it has to use the google extension, then it is missing functionality that the web app has (in this case - we need the extension to have the "ask first" option on Transfers, which is doesn't.

  19. Please create a firmware/profile version for the Poly CCX 700 for RingCentral MVP. Just like the "MS Teams" or "Zoom" profiles you can select from, there should be a "RingCentral MVP". So that you can utilize all the features of the CCX 700. Join Video Meetings, see your MVP Profile etc.

  20. Most, if not all Communications systems have the ability to set a zero destination for physical phones. This is a critical need in the Hospitality, Healthcare, and SLED space. Example: A guest is in their hotel room and would like to speak to the front desk. Invariably, zero is pushed, It is engrained behavior. Hospital Rooms have the same need.In SLED, many common area phones provide the same function. Dial zero for assistance or information.Our inability to perform this basic task is causing our team(s) to have to sell around and/or creatively solve for this need.
