Ability to "Share" voicemails in Teams Embedded App
In the RingCentral desktop, we have the option to share voicemails which apparently is non-feature while using the Teams app. The only option we have is to "Download" but I feel that the extra steps to export and import a file as opposed to sharing the voicemail to someone within the company can be felt on our productivity.

Add Acuity Integration with RingCentral Meetings
We would like to integrate Acuity scheduling with RingCentral meetings. We have the following request from one of our staff below""In Acuity (acuityscheduling.com), there is a section on the left nav for Integrations. It is currently integrated with Zoom, so when I go to tie calendars to Zoom to autogenerate meeting links, there are very limited staff options as we now have Zoom through RingCentral. Is it possible to redo the integration with the RingCentral info instead?It is possible that this feature will be included in a future release"We would like to request this feature.Thank you.Bill

Allowing SIPREC to our pool of SBCs for Call Monitoring
Requesting the ability for a 3rd party (CallMiner is the one specifically for this use case, but other monitoring solutions could use this concept) to be able to utilize the SIPREC function/capability to monitor active calls. In this specific use case, we need the ability to monitor agent leg calls from Nice inContact to RC Office. The SIPREC functionality would be through our SBC infrastructure.

I would benefit from being able to automatically add a ringcentral contact once a contact is created on my CRM (Lawcus) or Google. Right now both the actions and triggers on Zapier are quite limited.

The MS Teams Embedded App and its associated "Ghost App" are very useful. However, enhancing it even further by extending the new "Deskphone Pairing" feature into the Ghost App can extend the usefulness even further when it comes to MS Teams integrations.

Hubspot Voicemail Integration
HubSpot integration with Ring Central should provide voicemail logging. All businesses want to know if their customer leaves a voicemail. The HubSpot native caller has this integration and the system natively supports recording voicemails, so there should be a means to do similar with the Ring Central integrations.

5 votesWe are in fact looking into a contact synchronization solution for App Connect, but in truth, it is not likely to involve BeeTexting. Our solution is likely to sync contacts from your CRM into your RIngCentral address book.

We use Dynamics 365 and are looking to implement the RingCentral for Dynamics 365. Current functionality has the pop screen identify matching contacts, accounts or leads. It can then save a log file as an activity under the selected record.
