  4. Add Acuity Integration with RingCentral Meetings

    We would like to integrate Acuity scheduling with RingCentral meetings. We have the following request from one of our staff below""In Acuity (acuityscheduling.com), there is a section on the left nav for Integrations. It is currently integrated with Zoom, so when I go to tie calendars to Zoom to autogenerate meeting links, there are very limited staff options as we now have Zoom through RingCentral. Is it possible to redo the integration with the RingCentral info instead?It is possible that this feature will be included in a future release"We would like to request this feature.Thank you.Bill

  5. Allowing SIPREC to our pool of SBCs for Call Monitoring

    Requesting the ability for a 3rd party (CallMiner is the one specifically for this use case, but other monitoring solutions could use this concept) to be able to utilize the SIPREC function/capability to monitor active calls. In this specific use case, we need the ability to monitor agent leg calls from Nice inContact to RC Office. The SIPREC functionality would be through our SBC infrastructure.

  6. More Zapier Actions

    I would benefit from being able to automatically add a ringcentral contact once a contact is created on my CRM (Lawcus) or Google. Right now both the actions and triggers on Zapier are quite limited.

    The MS Teams Embedded App and its associated "Ghost App" are very useful. However, enhancing it even further by extending the new "Deskphone Pairing" feature into the Ghost App can extend the usefulness even further when it comes to MS Teams integrations.

    Currently, fax transmission results only show the main number and extension number. We would like to be able to see the direct number so that will be able to identify which direct number that fax transmission result is for.

    We use Dynamics 365 and are looking to implement the RingCentral for Dynamics 365. Current functionality has the pop screen identify matching contacts, accounts or leads. It can then save a log file as an activity under the selected record. Here are requested extended functions:1) Provide the ability to navigate to the matched Contact, Account or Lead in D365 from the RC interface. 2) Provide ability to drill through the matched contact or account to see related Opportunities or Cases.     We have all our shared contacts in a public folder in office 365, the existing ring central phone app integrates with this through outlook, but this functionality is missing in the new ring central app.

  20. Ability to change the defaults for RingCentral Video within the Outlook plugin

    We would like to change the default settings for the following options: Turn off video for all participants Require a password Participants can only join after me Enable waiting room I made the changes in the RingCentral app for my PMI, but it does not follow through to the Outlook plugin.
