So this is a little tricky to answer. The idea is specifically for our Hubspot Chrome extension, which we are in the long process of retiring. But it has been replaced by a much more modern and all together better integration: our new Hubspot native integration. This new integration does support call transfers.

    The RC Chrome extension is only synced with HubSpot records such as contacts and leads. It doesn't sync with the main RC directory. Consequently, we can't transfer calls from the extension and can only make internal calls using the desktop app since the directory isn't accessible via the extension.

    RingCentral for Hubspot (Chrome extension): Search for RingCentral Co-Workers (while on live call)
    When on a live call, RC for Hubspot offers ability for user to transfer live call to Hubspot Contact only. i.e. - search results yield CRM contacts (see attached image 1)
    RC for Hubspot does not offer ability for user to transfer live call to RingCentral Co Worker. (see attached image 2)
    For co-worker search to function, Chrome integration would need to search RC users, and perhaps yield Company/CRM/Personal results Reference SFDC integration (see attached image 3)
