RC for Zendesk features
We’re trying to use the RingCentral Zendesk app, we’re testing with one of our users and any calls to/from an internal extension appears to be setting the requester for a different End User.
The internal extensions we are using are 4 digit numbers, and the End User(s) that end up being attached as the Requester seem to have the same numbers as the extension as the last four digits of their number. After hunting around I found a similar issue from 2017 on a 3CX integration (for your reference https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/integration-zendesk-creates-ticket-when-calling-extensions.48440/). RC for Zapier - Caller ID for Outbound Calls
My caller id on outgoing zapier calls does not match my selection in the zap. Also I need help configuring the ring out so that I don’t need to answer by pressing one and also I only want the outgoing call to initiate once I pickup.

Option to add supported Cities for AD/SCIM provisioning
When provisioning users via AD/SCIM, the City attribute, if not matching with RC's existing query list, it will pull up a random city or the capital of that country which can be confusing.
To battle that limitation, it will be great to either update the query list, or allow customers to submit a request in order to add additional cities (if not detected by the database) since it will be inconvenient for the admin to adapt and change the cities listed just in order for them to match.

Clio Grow
Team,
I am posting this on behalf of a client who is using Clio Grow as their CRM.
Our Unified CRM (RingCentral Lab) integration only works with the standard Clio platform, and not Clio Grow.

Integrate teams messaging to Outlook plugin
It would be nice if there was an ability to add the Teams/messaging component into Outlook. I download the RingCentral for Outlook plugin and it shows voice, fax, and text, but not the Messaging component. Is there an updated plugin that includes this or plans for this integration in the future. Thanks.

Active Directory | Map attributes from RC to Azure
I know that we can provision user accounts from Azure AD/Entra ID to RingCentral, but it would be great if there's any way to write back the phone numbers and extensions that get assigned in RingCentral back to Entra.
User provisioning with the pre-configured RC App in Entra ID is a one-way sync only, from Azure to RC. We currently do not map back from RC to Azure AD.

DoorBird Video Intercom
We use a DoorBird video intercom at our office and also RingCentral. We have this integrated like an IP phone to call a ring group when someone presses the call button on the DoorBird and we can unlock the door by pressing 9 durring a call. The audio works great; however there is no video available. We can always answer the DoorBird using the DoorBird app and see video. It is also nice that the person at the door can leave a message if no one can answer. My request would be to allow an integration with DoorBird that has…

Intalling RingCentral Plug-ins silently
It would be great if we had the option to bypass the operating system's network permission when installing plugins and an option to install it without creating a desktop shortcut. Most installers have options on whether to add shortcuts. However, the installer with RingCentral is behind some layers of wrappers so we need to experiment with whether we can customize this behavior

Integrate with Knock CRM
We use a product called Knock CRM to handle inbound calls after hours and when all of our staff are unavailable to answer a call for leasing an apartment. It has a call out feature that when clicked, triggers a call to the users phone, and then creates a call to the original caller and merges them. It would be great if we could just tie that directly into our RingCentral system.

We should an option to save the calls on google drive from the past 90 days
i recently just synced my google drive to save the call recording from ring central but find out it is looking forward , it does not try to recover or save the past 90 days
