  1. Currently, the admin portal only shows that the archiving failed in Archiver and we can hit the Retry button. It would be helpful if the reason for failure will be indicated along with the Retry button or will be stated in the email notification.

  4. The MS Teams Embedded App and its associated "Ghost App" are very useful. However, enhancing it even further by extending the new "Deskphone Pairing" feature into the Ghost App can extend the usefulness even further when it comes to MS Teams integrations.

  5. Let say someone calls in to ext 101 and after few rings it goes to ext 102. If 102 did not answer the call from 101, it will go to ext 103, the customer wants to see on the salesforce that the call was originally from ext 101.

  7. End users need a simple SMS solution that integrates into their web-based CRM. While our Google Chrome integration does off click-to SMS support, it does not support attachments or emojis. Customers need to direct their users to use the RC App when attachments and emojis are needed.

  9. when on an MS Team call, and a call comes in on the RingCentral app, it will disconnect the MS Team callThis is a feature we use and we purchased our entire headset fleet to utilize call control. Having to turn it off to keep from being kicked off other calls is unacceptable. Why is this the solution to prevent this from happening?

  14. Automator is available for all users regardless of their role which is normally fine. However, there are instances that it would be favorable to allow admins to disable Automator since it it's configured incorrectly it can effectively cause more problems than help.

    There is no specific permission under Roles & Permissions that we can modify in order to achieve this and it will be helpful if we will be given the option.

Currently the RingCentral CarPlay support is not great if you compare it to iMessage.It would be fantastic if the RingCentral app itself was made available in Apple CarPlay so that you could scroll through and see your contacts, see your texts, and click on a contact and call them, all from the CarPlay dashboard.Currently, only voice commands are supported, which isn't always very helpful.   18. The calling mode in Salesforce, and majority of our supported apps only usually allow to them to select either 'RingCentral App, RingCentral Phone, Browser, and RingOut'.

    The RingOut is usually a workaround, however, is depends strictly on the user's call handling settings which may cause their app to ring. If we could have the option to select Deskphone wherein they won't be interrupted by their RingCentral app it would benefit a lot of users especially people who use CRMs for Sales are accustomed to using their deskphone.
