Ability to minimize or move RC dialer in salesforce in classic view
the dialer is eating too much space in the side panel w/c hindering to access other features. we use click-to-dial most of the time and having the dialer up all the time is not applicable for us.

Cloud PBX for Teams integration Sync Module for Multiple PBXs
In the Cloud PBX for Teams portal, the new Sync Module only works for a single PBX customer meaning that a customer that has offices internationally cannot use it. This could prove to be an issue for Enterprise customers, who may feel that the current integration causes too much manual work.

MS Teams integration cannot search keywords in SMS & phone directory excludes phone numbers
As of 6/14/22, my entire company has abandoned the MS Teams and RingCentral integration for the Ring Central Desktop App because (1) we cannot search for keywords in SMS messages in the integration and (2) the phone directory only displays active RC members and excludes personal contact phone numbers or any contacts other than Ring Central members. Its frustrating for my users to have to go back and forth between the RC Desktop App and the MS Teams integration to do searches, when the point of an integration is to have everything centralized in one place. Integration with JobAdder
JobAdder is a growing presence in the US and a strong leader in the UK, Canada, and Australia. It's got some hooks for other SMS and WhatsApp products, like Twilio but RingCentral is (in my mind) a superior platform that should be integrated into JobAdder. JobAdder says it's on their list but needs more cooperation. Can you get back together with them and push this through. I'm loving RingCentral. Just need MORE.

Automatic relevant country code selection
Automatically select the country code corresponding to Customer’s country code for agents that make outbound calls to multiple regions to confirm the local country code is used or next available options based on predefined rules. Eg. If the agent is dialing to a customer in Germany then the appropriate country code (+49) should automatically be selected and reflect as in the agents caller ID.

Client would like visibility in SF to Closed FRAUD cases
Customer would like to be able to see closed cases that were opened as whitelisting cases in SalesForce and moved to fraud investigation. Currently, per Yuliya Pierce, these cases are not cases they display to clients. Customer would like to be able to view after these cases are closed.
