  5. This is currently only supported with Citrix, VMware and Azure (AVD/ Windows 365).
    Some customer are using regular remote desktop connections to RDS farms running Windows Server (2019/2022).

  7. Please create a Presence Sync feature between the Avaya ACO and the CXOne app, so when a CSR is in a call with one app, the other app status changes to Busy and vice versa.

  12. GoHighLevel CRM is a very powerful platform that help businesses automate their marketing and sales processes. GHL is used by marketing agencies that offer this product as one of the best CRM options out there. Ring Central will have great exposure to clients that need a CRM with reliable phone and text messaging systems.   14. If you are out of the office, not logged in (aka after business hours), and Salesforce is not open at all times, then calls do not log. This creates the issue of all calls received outside business hours or to users who are out of the office... are not logging in to Salesforce CRM.

  16. Is it possible to do a 3-way call in the CRM extension? I just tried to do this with a client and the attorney. I could hear both of them, but they could not hear each other and I couldn’t see any way to merge the calls. I tried to start over and add the attorney to the call with the client. It looked like that was working, but it never rang for the attorney.

  18. Clicking the Dial button / Phone icon in the Home page of Dynamics 365 only pull up the RC App for outbound calls and not using the RC for Teams Desktop Plugin. The RC for Teams DP only works when clicking the phone number to make outbound calls in the Contacts page of Dynamics 365.

  19. Hello, we are using RingCentral through our Hubspot CRM. Calls made using RingCentral are not being registered in Hubspot. As we track call volumes, we need to make sure all RC activity is logged in our Hubspot app.
