  1. For a business environment, there should be an option for ALL inbound/outbound calls to be logged and a SUPER ADMIN should be able to stop a manager from deleting call logs.

  2. Create a task - Expand the 'Enter task Description Window'Hi Currently the 'enter task description' window in 'create a task' does not expand as you type. Our tasks can be very detailed and it is very hard to preview all that we are entering (into the very small window) without saving and having to go back into task. This may be too late as the assignee may already be reading the new task action, and we haven't finished editing the detail yet.   3. I have several users who organize their Outlook Contacts by creating additional folders in Outlook. When contacts are added to these folders, they do not show up in the RingCentral App (desktop version). They do show up in the RingCentral mobile app however. Thus, they are hitting the RingCentral system, but the RingCentral desktop app will not show them.Would like this feature added to the RingCentral App for desktop.

  4. We need to be able to dial on the desktop app or click "return call" and then pick up the phone and it be ringing. In general you desktop app and physical phone need to work seamlessly. Currently its about as broken as something can be.

  5. Currently when texting with a guest, the name on the agent side shows up as our company name and not the actual user who texted with them previously. Enabling this would make it easier to know who a customer spoke with when texting someone in our organization.

  7. It would be useful to have a record of all actions that take place for each contact. For instance: Date - outbound call @1:33pm - No Answer, sent text message @ 1:36pm (and what the text was). Or, Contact, date - conference call (the recording file attached), attendees, etc.

  8. We would like to have the capability of choosing the set-up best for our company needs. At this moment, the only option we have for If caller enters no action after the prompt played 3 times is predefined by RC system. I would like to have the capability to select how many announcement to have before it chooses the next behavior.

  13. Covetrus Pulse cloud application is used in many Veterinary practices as Practice Mgmt Software. Integration would benefit clients with incoming calls to fetch the client record automatically using the caller number. This will bring in great efficiencies within the call and appointment process. This will increase Ring Central's penetration into Veterinary businesses.

  14. For the IVR widget we can see live calls being in the dashboard but we can not click into the IVR to see the UII and the routing it takes. I think it would be beneficial to see the routing of a call in the IVR widget like how you can see on the other widgets. This way we can see if a call comes in where the call routed to and see where the calls get stuck at and possibly add in at which node.

  15. I have my 2factor for apple business set to contact my number. When it calls me for a code it will normally ring my phone and I pick up to get the code. Ever since we switched over I have not been receiving phone calls to get the code. It will just show up in my app as a missed call.

  19. Right now you can programmatically post cards to a ring central room, but they are very limited in width. So if you try to post something like a table of data, you can do it, but your table will tend to get cut off. There will be lots of free space to the right, but the cards won't use that. It can be pretty annoying. I'll attach an example.

  20. Currently there are two calendars in the RC App, one for video meetings and the workspace calendar. There should be one calendar in the RC app that contains everything and that can be integrated with outlook as meetings and contacts are.
