  2. Even if I have the unread switch deactivated, I will prefer to be able to choose if the new unread messages can go on top of the rest of the messages (ignoring the teams, messages etc). Just put on top all the chats where I have new messages.This is because all the unread messages are spread all over the list I have in left side of the UO window and it is possible to skip some messages, especially if the list with the favorites is pretty long...

  4. In the UK we have TPS (Telephone Preference Service - https://www.tpsonline.org.uk). This is similar to the US DNC registry. Allowing an integration into TPS would put us on par with other vendors who offer this service as standard (Voicehost being one of them).This is a request we are seeing more and more of in the UK

  5. RingCentral Automator is working perfectly fine if a call comes in to user extension directly. Feature isn't working if call gets routed to a call queue with the even if it routes to the same user.

  7. It would be nice for a user with a desk phone and the RingCentral app to separate call queue calls from their mobile phone. (Desk phone rings for direct calls and queues, only mobile phone rings for direct calls)

  11. For a business environment, there should be an option for ALL inbound/outbound calls to be logged and a SUPER ADMIN should be able to stop a manager from deleting call logs.

  13. We have a sales force that found out about the call que ring all feature leaving miss calls to multi people. 1 answer 9 miss call. We had the idea can we setup our auto attendant to transfer to say Sales Parked line 1.10 people that are assigned to Parked line 1 receive a notification that there is a call on Sales Parked line 1.   15. Site has External Afterhours answering service. During Holidays calls to the site need to route externally but there is no option to route calls to an external number. Currently, to do so a User needs to be added to route the call.

  17. I have several users who organize their Outlook Contacts by creating additional folders in Outlook. When contacts are added to these folders, they do not show up in the RingCentral App (desktop version). They do show up in the RingCentral mobile app however. Thus, they are hitting the RingCentral system, but the RingCentral desktop app will not show them.Would like this feature added to the RingCentral App for desktop.

  18. Use Case: a high percentage of accounts for this customer have 10+ associated opportunities. The goal is to filter queried records in our SFDC - RingCentral integration by stage (for example their version of only seeing opps in stage 2/3/4) so that the relevant opportunity to log calls and activity against will tend to present, instead of a lengthier/trickier list of records to navigate.

  20. I would like to remove the options to edit or changed the Google Drive / Box, etc accounts set by the Super admin. Users are able to change the connected account on the archiver for their extension. I wan one account for archiver account wide.
