  2. Top Producer is a leading Real Estate CRM that is likely to continue to grow. It would be beneficial for us to have Ring central integrate with our CRM so that we can have records of the calls and texts and information we send through ring central in our database.

  3. We need a translator from time to time, and while Google Translate is not perfect, it would be good enough. You can have Google Translate use audio on the computer speakers, but it doesn't come through in the conversation. Is there a way to make that work?

  5. If a user has numbers for multiple states and/or countries, it would make it easier if on the dial pad, the caller id number selected will have a drop-down option so that other numbers can be selected. The main RingCentral App has it. The other integrations should have it as well.

  8. I would benefit from being able to automatically add a ringcentral contact once a contact is created on my CRM (Lawcus) or Google. Right now both the actions and triggers on Zapier are quite limited.

  11. I navigate to my support cases, select a case, the navigation puts me into 'system status'. This seems a web design error. My expectation on bread crumbs is that enable backward traversing, this is adjacent traversing.

  15. It would be very useful is you could access and reply to "Direct Messages" from within the Outlook plugin. This would save us from having to have multiple programs open and be able to work from within our outlook program.
