  1. This idea is to synchronize contacts from your CRM directly into RingCentral. This would provide several key benefits:

    • Improved Caller ID: When customers call, their names will be properly displayed in RingCentral, eliminating the need for external Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) solutions to identify callers.
    • Simplified Call Handling: Easily create customized call routing and handling rules based on your CRM contacts.

We will use this idea to aggregate interest in this feature across all CRMs, including, but not limited to, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zendesk, Bullhorn, Pipedrive, and more.

If you need this capability, please vote for this idea!…

  2. We've heard from several customers who use Jobber, a leading field service CRM, and are interested in a native integration with RingCentral through the App Connect framework. Jobber helps service-based businesses manage scheduling, client communication, invoicing, and job tracking—often in the field and on the go. A RingCentral integration could unlock powerful workflow automations, such as sending SMS appointment reminders, logging call activities directly into Jobber, or triggering follow-up tasks based on missed calls or voicemails.

We recognize the value this could bring to field service teams looking to streamline operations and improve customer responsiveness. If you're a Jobber customer…

How important is this to you?

Call Recordings for RingCentral are available for playback within the HubSpot ecosystem for each call recording and object that is created with a recording. The recording is always stored on the RingCentral side and is not available to be stored within the HubSpot environment due to storage limits

  11. The customer would like to be able to log the correct information (i.e., the correct senders) for shared SMS in Beetexting. This would be helpful for organization and data retrieval purposes. This can greatly contribute to internal workflow for companies that utilize the following CRMs and applications.

  15. Currently, there is no way for admins to view the Do Not Disturb (DND) status of users from the RingCentral Admin Portal. The only way to determine if a user has enabled DND is by accessing their individual RingCentral app, which is not scalable or practical in environments with multiple users or contact center agents.

This feature request is to add real-time visibility of each user’s DND status directly within the Admin Portal, either as a standalone column in the Users list or within each user’s profile page. Ideally, this would include:

  16. conditions: having teams calls + RC EA in teams active and logged in.

as in RC app, having the ability to manage multiple incoming calls (hold lines automatically)

    example 1:
when on an active call on teams, a user receives another RC call and answers it, the EA should be able to hold the MS teams call and keep only the RC call active.

    example 2:
Also , in the other way round, when initially having an active RC call, and receives a MS Teams call, when answering the MS teams call, it should be able to hold the Call.

  19. Call Log Association Issue: from SalesForce to RingCentral
When initiating a "Click-To-Dial" call from a Person Account and associating the auto call log with a specific Case through the "Related To" field, the call log appears on the Person account but not in the associated Case feed. Please review to attached video for example.

  20. In the RingCentral desktop, we have the option to share voicemails which apparently is non-feature while using the Teams app. The only option we have is to "Download" but I feel that the extra steps to export and import a file as opposed to sharing the voicemail to someone within the company can be felt on our productivity.
