Text Message Auditing
It would be nice to have a way to access the text message exchange of agents for auditing purposes.

Very important to us as well for regulatory audit requirement in our industry. If not implemented, we'll be forced to move off of RingCentral to another system that can meet this audit requirement.
Would like to see this implemented as a permission that can be added to a custom role like what's available for recorded messages.

This is extremely important as we are starting a new phase in a generation where people respond quickly via text, and we need to supervise how our call center communicates with our patients. If this feature can be enabled as quickly as possible, I would greatly appreciate it.
