Live Reports and Performance Reports - Restrict data visibility
Would like to setup live reports so that individual sales agents can see their intraday call stats but NO-ONE elses. At present this isn't possible. Needs to be live/close to real-time for daily target tracking

This feature is VERY important to us (Cornell University). With the size of our account, we have over 400 call queues (not all have live reports), and this is starting to cause issues. I would like to be able to make only call queue managers/members for a particular queue able to see that queue. Thank you for your consideration.

The ability to restrict access to Live Reports so call queue members can only view live reports for the queues they belong to, rather than having visibility across other queues.
