Live Reports Data to show call queue member's state if logged in to Phone App or not
Live Reports should show the call queue member's state on the Phone App. When a user logs out from the application, Live Reports should show members state as "Unavailable" since the user is not logged in to the Phone App.

The accuracy of Live Reports is crucial for operations, and having users appear as 'available' even after logging out is misleading.

It is critical for us to operate.
This is not desirable...if someone is "available" and they log out, they still show "available" in a Live report. A "Live Report" should be accurate so managers can rely on the information, if they are log out, should not count -
