ability to check audit trail for more than 180 days
Customer would appreciate if admin portal has an ability to store data in audit trail for more than 180 days for tracking purposes

How is this even up for debate? An unauthorized, non-affiliated phone number was used to access my account, and I’ve now been told that RingCentral has no way of identifying who did this. That is absolutely unacceptable for a company that claims to prioritize accountability and security. This is a critical security breach, yet the response I received was, “We’re sorry please vote to make things better.” Such a dismissive reply undermines trust and fails to address the severity of the situation.
