I would love to see this idea implemented. If I am looking at my call history, it is because I want to call someone back; not message them or video chat. The Call icon needs to be top priority in the call history section.

Yes please, this is a must! The workaround to log into the service web portal and set the deskphone caller ID is much to convoluted for an end user.
