An error occurred while saving the comment Craig commentedThis would be really helpful when there's an employee who takes and receives a lot of calls and throws in a ticket with "I had a call with x issue sometime between 2-4 pm yesterday". If they could go to their call log, right-click, "Flag this call" or "This call had issues" when it happens, and the administrator could filter on that it would be so helpful

We'd like to be able to set the subject line as well to make it easier for employees to find particular reports. "Is this the list of 911 calls last month or a different list? I can't tell from the subject line, I have to either search my inbox for a string or open every email from this sender". Even if the subject line defaulted to the name of the report it would be better than all scheduled reports coming with the same subject line.
