    Team,We need to modernize our telephony integrations for Tier 1 CRM/support vendors like Zendesk . WebRTC integration for Zendesk is something I get requests for frequently. Please comment and add SFDC opp link/ARR if possible.

    Having too many apps confuses our prospects and customers. I'm requesting an ability to resize the RC App (desktop). Resize it to a compact and smart layout - about the size of the RC Phone app.Zoom already has this feature for their desktop app, they call it "portrait" view. - - see images.After we give it a HUD it could replace the RC Phone app.
