An error occurred while saving the comment The idea doesn't specify if this is for voice, but the UI for digital requeue shortcuts allows re-use of shortcuts for different digital queues. The UI for voice should be changed to match digital requeue shotcut management.

MS Teams allows you to reply to a specific message within a Teams Channel - this saves quoting and makes it very easy for someone to read all related posting in a single thread. The entire thread gets carried as a recent posting so you don't have search through all the postings to follow the conversation. I've used Slack and MS Teams extensively and this is one area where MS Teams has an edge in usability.
