    We have users that often need to call a call queue, only way we've been able to add a call queue to someone's phone shortcuts aka presence is to create a 'user without extension' and set that new users to auto forward to the call queue in question. Then we add said new user to the phone shortcuts... but now this creates what appears to be duplicate entries of the call queues in the directory.

    Yes, this would be so helpful. Right now it requires a manager to remove someone from a call queue if they need to 'log out of one' but stay logged into another. It would makes sense to give the user the ability to choose which queues to accept calls from on the front end.
