Allow multiple people to call monitor at the same time
Useful for training multiple people at the same time to be able to have both (or all) be able to listen on one call. Call monitoring is great because you don't need to set up y connectors

The ability to have multiple users/agents monitor a single call would be a great addition to the HUD options. We are currently training new hires and were hoping that multiple agents would be able to listen into a single call all at once for training purposes and discussion. This could also be beneficial if multple managers need to montor a call at once. Other companies could benefit from this feature as well.

For training purposes, we frequently try to start more than one person at a time. It would help greatly if we could have multiple people listen in on one call. That way we could go over an issue with all of the new users at the same time

Training. I'd like a new advisor to be able to listen in on a call. Your support page indicates that this feature is offered to PREMIUM users.
