When one call queue member answered the call, the other members shows as missed calls. the infomation who answer the call should be indicated on the app.

1. The "Web App" Workaround (Most Effective)
Instead of using the RingCentral Desktop App inside the VDI (Omnissa), tell the users to open a Chrome or Edge browser inside their virtual session and log in to app.ringcentral.com.
Why it works: Browsers have built-in WebRTC handling. While not as good as a plugin, it is often more stable than an unoptimized desktop app in a VDI environment.
