 respondedHi all, there's a DND Sync on hardphone toggle that may need to be enabled for your account if presence sync is not working as expected. Please contact support for assistance in getting this enabled on your account! 
 
        
When users transition out of the company but the extension is going to be used for another user, the chat history is unable to be deleted. The new employee can see all of the chat history. this is problematic.
