This would be helpful. Similar to the iPhone "Allow to disturb" if you are on Do Not Distrub.

It would be helpful to have their status change to "wrap-up" as opposed to unavailable because it can distinguish if they will be able to take the call after their wrap up time is done or if they actually went on "unavaliable" for a break. If there are calls in queue it is especially helpful. It would also be amazing if we are able to see how long they have until the wrap up in complete.

This would be really helpful for us to get this into affect. Some of our users get bumped out of the queue when they are waiting for calls. It hinders their productivity to always have the app open on one of their screens.

This is critical to our business. We need to be able to fax using G711 codec as our referring doctors and hospitals use this. This should honestly already be a backup for the system. We NEED this to function with them.
