    Been waiting for this feature for years... was able to create a template using speed dial but unable to apply it for some reason. It should be strait forward and be able to select named extensions instead of speed dial and be able to apply it.

    Our prior analog Avaya and Merlin systems had this feature as standard... it is very basic to operations of large company.

    Found it!! Called tech support and they enable "phone key" feature for Yealink phones and various model numbers will show up in drop down when you create a new template.

    Very frustrating that presence setting gets reset every now and then and have redo every extension
