    Found it!! Called tech support and they enable "phone key" feature for Yealink phones and various model numbers will show up in drop down when you create a new template.

    RingCentral sells several Yealink models, which come pre-configured for your RingCentral account and are fully recommended and supported by RingCentral.

    This should have been done by now. If you add a new user you can't even move the Presence you have delete and start over for every user.
