Add Presence for call group/queue
Would like to add a call group/queue as a precense to add as a shortcut on deskphones, for groups like IT Support etc.

 commentedOur prior analog Avaya and Merlin systems had this feature as standard... it is very basic to operations of large company.

 commentedThis ability would be super helpful, we have multiple call queues that it would be nice to program the group for each to make easier transfers to the groups.

 commentedWe have just opened a new office. The employees there are new to RingCentral. I would like for them to call my location with a single button for whenever they have any questions. We are set up in a separate call queue but I can't add our main number to their presence.
