This is now available for RCV in app! To turn on: navigate to Settings - Video - Allow incoming calls while in a meeting.There is a an on/off option available for enablement. For a Phone System, especially Contact Center, the ability to schedule updates to Non-Business Hours is CRITICAL. I can't believe this doesn't already exist.

This was brought to your attention over 3 years ago and it is still under consideration. The user above is only referring to Ring Central Video Meetings.
What is purpose of the Setting in the Ring Central App under Video titled "Allow incoming calls while in a meeting", if this is simply a future consideration.
This switch, should send calls to Voicemail if the app status is "in a Meeting" regardless of whether the user is in a Ring Central Video Meeting, or some other meeting.Lee

This should set the user's extension to Do Not Disturb for normal Calendar meetings, not just Ring Central Video meetings. It should set the user's extension to Do not Disturb, so that it blocks calls to the softphone app as well as the desk phone when the user is in a meeting.
