    As an admin/employer, I often need access to staff members' SMS (voicemails too). That they can back them up (which there is already a permission toggle for, acknowledging the security risk nature of that), but that I cannot not (which has a Positive security impact) is not my ideal choice.

    Just as an admin can restrict staff from backing up their Voicemails and SMS, an admin themselves should be able to opt into a global backup of those for all users. Just as they can for Call Recordings already.
