I don't see where this has been "Implemented" specifically as relates to company auto-receptionist, IVR Menus, call queues, etc.
I think the idea of having a page with observed company holidays where you can set handling rules for one or more locations is great.
If this was designed and implemented for company-level and location-level call handling, I'd love to see a write-up on how to make use of the feature.
