This enhancement would provide a dramatic improvement when using RC in TEAMS and when going from TEAMS to RC with the time you wait until the RC Client populates, defaulting to the HUD would save many seconds of time.

This was an important feature with Mitel Connect that will continue to be important if the intent is to get as many Mitel Connect customers over to RingCentral.

Verizon is one of the largest players in the cellular industry in the US, I've had 3 installations in the past year where they wanted to us the SMS/Text capabilities of Call Queue voicemail notification and it works with AT&T and note Verizon, this is critical to be fixed.
