    Know issue, most companies need 5-10 years of recording for compliance and liability. At the very least do a few years, cus 90 days is useless and we have brough this issue to go guys over the years

    This is critical and vital for business. Compliance & ligations require business to have call recording for at least 5-7 years. If you are and insurance center selling Medicare you are requires to have call recordings for 10 years. Most companies offer at least 2-3 years. 90 days is useless.
