call recording
There should be an option to keep the recording for more than 90 days. Sometimes customers visit us back, and in case of some cases, we have to take out recording for last six months too. There must be an option either to transfer the call recording through FTP or save the recording for at least two years minor maximum of 2 years.

This is critical and vital for business. Compliance & ligations require business to have call recording for at least 5-7 years. If you are and insurance center selling Medicare you are requires to have call recordings for 10 years. Most companies offer at least 2-3 years. 90 days is useless.

THIS IS HUGGGEEEEE. I NEED this for liability purposes. If a client calls in and lies about something they said last year I need to be able to go back to that phone call. I am paying for 90 days of savings and I need them to stay FOREVER. That is the whole point. I am considering a new service because of this.

Yes, I second this idea. I'd like to have to call recordings not in an archiver but available on the app itself.

Yes especially when it's for a law firm. We need our call recordings with clients for at least 12 months.
