We need our caller ID to properly identify us. Many are screening at the other end and our calls don't get answered. Critical for the insurance business.

Almost everyone is now going to headsets and ditching desk phones for VOIP systems. When I signed up for RingCentral, another insurance agency offered to sell me 20 VOIP desk phones. Not one of her users wanted a desk phone so when I ordered RingCentral offered my staff their choice, 100% went for headsets and freed up desk space. All RingCentral options should be on the app.

When I add a company name and phone without a first and last name, like a hospital billing office, and leave firstname/middle name/last name blank, RingCentral makes the phone number the name in search and the icon appears as a number. Searching by company name comes up as "Results (0)".
