We have this problem in performance reports, but this is no more a problem in Business Analytics since Jan 2026.
In Business Analytics, we have a separate Call Result for Abandoned, Missed with VoiceMail, Missed without Voicemail, and Answered Elsewhere (for simultaneous ringing) w.r.t user dimension.

and soon in a couple of weeks we will publish a detailed knowledge base article on how to check metrics in business analytics and filter "answered elsewhere" calls.

Enable syncing of contact/address book across all users
Allow the the super admin to sync their contacts to the other users to create a universal contact/address book for the companyatm there is bulk add in diretorory thru admin portal this doesnt work
need to do thru call logs , and app and have option to add to whole server, or give access to usersAn error occurred while saving the comment

yes currently adress book should be able to update from phone to entire company number or from admin page , call log page
