I could not agree more! Voicemail should not be handled through emails... it's a voice channel function and should be handled as such.

This is a critical need for your AEP customers considering how RC splits up into 2 worlds (EX and CX). You need to make your product more seamless and easier to work with. I agree with other comments that this should already be a core function.

This is definitely the biggest opportunity for RingCentral, so confusing and a huge roadblock to being an efficient contact center to our customers....specially when you can't disposition an email from my inbox in All Messages. I agree with Robin, after moving into RingCentral... I would certainly not recommend the RC product to any contact centers out there.
