    Agreed! Callers should reach the voicemail of the location they were transferred to—not the person who transferred them. The current setup appears to be a defect and needs fixed.

    The RingSense Transcript uses the correct naming convention for these calls. Can we apply the same in RingCentral EX, since we know it's possible to be correct? This seems like a defect in the basic version of EX.
