I was told that this feature exists for security purposes. Most of our accounts use a password that we set as admins because our users do not login to their accounts. There's no need for this added "security", it's just a nuisance.
What's funny is I was told by a level 3 engineer that for multiple users to access a fax account, they would need to use a shared login. This is basically the same thing, yet no security layer here.

Almost all of the included ringtones are hard to hear and don't make sense as ringtones. Please include the option for using the built-in device ringtones, like every other app on the market.

We're in the same boat. I've used several VoIP and digital faxing systems, and this is by far the most limited and not HIPAA friendly that I've experienced. Everything other part of their platform is feature rich, but faxing was definitely left behind.

Ring Central does not include the Alert-Info header required for SIP devices to identify internal/external calls.

If you go to a user's User Details tab, uncheck the box "Yes, I would like to receive information on product education, training materials, etc". We were told during our implementation that this will turn off the account change notification emails/voicemails. This can also be pushed out with a template.

I'd like to add that we're wanting to disable this transcription setting for HIPAA compliance.
This pertains to email transcriptions specifically. It would also be nice this setting was separated so that transcriptions were still available on the web interface but could be disabled for email only.
