Multiple Ringtones for internal/external calls
With our previous provider we were able to set up 2 different ringtones. One would signify internal calls (from one extension to another). The other ringtone would be set for all external calls coming into the business. This would be for the desktop phones.

Ring Central does not include the Alert-Info header required for SIP devices to identify internal/external calls.

Yes please, almost all feedback from stores has requested this feature.

This is an absolute must. Most other systems which are decades old can do this.
