Ability to answer Apple Verification Calls
The business will use ringcentral numbers as company's two factor authentication. Currently not able to answer phone calls coming from apple verification. The apple number is 18662753866

MFA calls automatically go to voicemail. It works for me however for all other users it does not work. Getting this to work would be very helpful to allow other apple users to mfa with company numbers.

This affects our ability to use MFA on our system phones.

I have found it works for us using a single user phone number, but not a ring group number. Or maybe I just got lucky that last few times after changing it.

Have there been any recent developments to this? Is Tracy's temp fix of deleting the user, recreating it, then white listing it the only short-term solution at this time? Thank you.

This function is critical to us being able to provide services to our customers. RingCentral is currently blocking the capability for us to provide and manage a service that our customers rely on.

I need this function to be available in order to manage our Apple mobile application. This is critical to our customers and a significant detriment to my relationship with Ring Central

I had this same issue and called about it yesterday. This is the response I got:
Good day! This is featuring request from RingCentral Technical Support. I understand you are looking for the Ability to answer Apple Verification Calls, unfortunately, this feature is not available in our current release but there are requests to our developers to add them in future releases.
In reality, all I had to do was delete the user and recreate it. Then whitelist the number. It works for about a week or two and then I have to do it over again. This is a bug in RC robocall blocking. I responded by telling them their unavailable feature is in fact working, it's just that RC is blocking the call from coming in.
